Articles supplied by us can be returned within 7 days of receipt in the original unopened packaging and in unused condition, with a copy of the relevant invoice and without stating a reason. To do this, you must always contact us in advance via webshop@betonwereld.com, stating the order number. The return costs are always at your own expense.
Products that cannot be returned are custom-made products, vibratory needles that are custom-made (shorter than 5m) and products that have been modified.
If the articles are unused and have been returned on time and correctly, we will refund the purchase price, with the exception of the shipping, administration, small order surcharges and/or cash on delivery costs (depending on shipping methods), as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days after return receipt of the articles.
The costs for returning an article are at your expense. Shipping costs charged cannot be reimbursed or deducted from your purchase amount. If an order with free shipping (above €500 in the Netherlands) is partially returned, the shipping costs will be fully charged.
If the items delivered by us are not returned within the “viewing” period, the items are considered to have been accepted by you without any objection.
If a product becomes defective, you can report this to our service department. To do this, you must observe the conditions below.
Always report to our service department first that you have a defect in your product. This can be done by email to webshop@betonwereld.com
In this email, state the exact complaint, your order number, address details and what you expect from the service department.
If there is a guarantee, send the product to us properly packaged with the sender’s address details on the outside.
After receipt, we will inform you further about the procedure.
If it appears that the product has become defective due to incorrect use, any investigation, repair or replacement costs will be charged.
