Almost 90% of our products are directly available from stock. Each product indicates whether it is in stock or not. Ordered and paid before 2:00 PM? Your order will be packed and shipped the same day.

Products delivered by us can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original unopened packaging and unused condition, along with a copy of the relevant invoice, and without giving a reason. You must always contact us in advance via the contact form or via info@betonwereld.com mentioning your order number. Return costs are always at your own expense.
Of course! You can place your order via email, mentioning the products or sending a screenshot of your shopping cart. We also need your address and, if applicable, company details. Once we have prepared the invoice, you can pay by bank transfer. Please note: the order will only be shipped once we have received the payment. Alternatively, you can always collect your order.

Free shipping doesn’t exist. At least, we haven’t found the courier who delivers your order for free. With free shipping, the costs are often included in the product price. At Betonwereld, we take our customers seriously and offer transparent pricing without hidden costs. Whether you order through our webshop, email, or in-store, the prices are always the same. Shipping costs are calculated per order, so you never pay too much. For orders over €500 (excluding VAT), we cover the shipping costs. Shipments to Belgium may take an additional day, depending on the location. Unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur due to extreme demand at the delivery or transport service, causing the package to arrive later. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse, it is beyond our control, and the delivery or transport service takes over.
